Mr B R Grover, Managing Director, 
    •  has over 40 years HR Career. 
    •  has worked in both in MNC and Indian business houses,  viz. Goodyear, IBM, Escorts, 
       JK, Data Access, Usha Martin and Sanjay Dalmia Group.
    •  Experience includes looking after Group HR for over 20 years. Have held senior 
       positions : 

          •  President -  Group HR, Trg, Legal & Secretarial           Data Access Group
          •  Director   -  Group HR                                                 Sanjay Dalmia Group
          •  Head       -   Group HR                                                 Escorts Group
          •  Head       -   Group HR                                                 Usha Martin Group

    •  Has been HR adviser to Alcatel.

Mr siddhartha Ray, Chairman, is MBA and Electronics Engineer. Has over 30 years experience, major part of which is at CEO level. Currently Chairman, SPA Group; has held senior positions like President and Director : RPG Enterprises; General Manager - India : Star TV Network; Managing Director: ITV.

Wg Cdr (Retd) VK Grover, over 21 years in Air Force; currently in Education field.
