First Consultancy assignment : HR Adviser to Alcatel- Lucent to streamline HR Strategies, Policies, Systems and processes. Experience includes Group HR Head positions of large multi company multi product groups for over 20 years. Have held senior positions. Was Managing Director of a BPO catering to both international and domestic clients for two years. Worked in both in MNC and Indian business houses, viz. Goodyear, IBM, Escorts, JK, Data Access, Usha Martin and Sanjay Dalmia Group.
	MBA and Electronics Engineer with 40 years experience. Major part as CEO and entrepreneurial level; has held positions like President & Director : RPG Enterprises: GM – India: Star TV Network: MD : ITV: GM : Times of India. Has been Managing Director of Data Access. Currently runs several businesses as an entrepreneur.
	Engineering Graduate & Masters in Business Administration. Diploma in Software from NIIT along with Advanced JAVA & SQL. Experienced Consultant and HR Professional. Specialization includes: Understanding of the industries: its technical processes, sophisticated/ technical distinction between different positions. Search of senior level and niche positions thru non conventional search techniques. Creating brand equity for the client organization to attract excellent candidates. Ability to search and bring on board candidates for all functions and all levels. Guide and manage performance of highly competent and motivated team. Worked with Companies like Eureka Forbes, Tata Teleservices & NTPC. Experienced in handling assignment of Search & Recruitment for all Functions.
